ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, VERIFICATION & KYC
To open an account, you must complete the registration process on our platform by providing accurate personal information and agree to these Terms. In accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations, we are required to verify your identity and the source of funds before activating your account and before processing withdrawals.
You agree to provide any documents or information requested by us, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address and source of funds, and to update such information promptly when requested. We reserve the right to place limits on your account, including restricting withdrawals, until we are satisfied with your verification.

DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS POLICY
All deposits must be made from an account in your name using approved payment methods available on our platform. The minimum deposit amount will be displayed on the platform and may vary depending on the payment method.
All deposit requests are subject to verification and our internal compliance procedures. We do not charge any deposit fees, however, third-party payment providers or banks may levy fees which are beyond our control
Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the client area of the platform. Withdrawals are processed using the same method used for the initial deposit where possible. The Company reserves the right to use alternative methods for withdrawals due to compliance, security or operational reasons.
We may require additional verification before processing your withdrawal request. BONUSES & PROMOTIONS
Bonuses and promotional credits, if any, are subject to separate terms and conditions which will be communicated to you when the bonus is granted. Generally, bonuses are non-withdrawable and can be used only for trading purposes. Any profits generated from bonus funds are withdrawable subject to meeting the required turnover volume as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
The Company reserves the right to deduct any fees, charges, trees or negative balance from any amounts due to you. If your account balance falls below zero, you are responsible for any resulting negative balance and agree to pay the Company on demand.
From time to time, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, promotions or other Incentives to clients. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and can only be used to trade. Any profits generated from bonus funds are withdrawable once the required trading tumover has been completed. The required tumover is calculated as the total bonus amount multiplied by the tumover ratio specified in the bonus terms.
The Company reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any bonus or promotion at anytime without prior notice. The Company may also cancel any bonus, profits or rewards and/or deduct equivalent amounts from your account if we reasonably believe that you have abused, manipulated or attempted to abuse any bonus or promotion.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly engage in any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation, infringes the rights of the Company or any third party, (interferes with the proper functioning of the platform, (v) manipulates the price of any asset. (M) uses abusive trading strategies such as arbitrage, latency trading, tick scalping, reverse trading or any other form of market abuse, or (vuses the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any trades, profits or bonuses, suspend or terminate your account, and report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Term, the Services or your use of the platform shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The seat of arbitration shall be Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the language shall be English
You agree that arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute and that you will not engage in any class action or representative proceeding against the Company
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Company may amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
